Yes, every piece at KEO is handcrafted in Jerusalem. Because of this, slight variations may occur – that’s part of the uniqueness of handmade jewelry.

2. Do you use real gold and silver?

We offer both gold-filled jewelry and solid gold upon request. Each product page specifies the material.

 

3. Can I order a custom piece?

 

Yes, we gladly accept custom orders. Please contact us directly to discuss your idea.

 

4. How do I care for my jewelry?

 

Keep your jewelry away from water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry box or pouch when not worn.

 

5. What is your return policy?
