Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
Because of the nature of handmade and custom jewelry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following (unless they arrive damaged or defective):

Solid gold jewelry

Custom or personalized orders

Jewelry that has been resized, altered, or modified in any way

Items showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery
Please note that all jewelry is handmade, and minor variations in size, texture, or color are a natural part of the craftsmanship and do not qualify as defects.
Non-Custom Jewelry
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your jewelry to arrange an exchange or refund.

Jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Once received and inspected, a full refund will be issued (excluding shipping and insurance).

Rings above size 9 may incur a 20% restocking fee plus original shipping costs.

Custom & Solid Gold Jewelry
Custom-made items, personalized jewelry, and solid gold pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes items with diamonds or any special requests made during production.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll be happy to assist with a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
AI-Generated Images & Product Variations
Some product photos and model images on our website are AI-generated for visualization purposes and may not depict real people.
Because each piece is handmade, slight differences in appearance or proportions may occur between the product photo and the jewelry you receive.
These differences reflect the authentic, one-of-a-kind nature of our craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using tracked and insured shipping, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
